Night Manager

The DCC is looking for an enthusiastic professional to supervise the front of the house food operation including staff, and be directly responsible for the entire lounge operation.

 

The successful candidate should have some supervisory experience preferably in private clubs; have a working knowledge of all food and beverage service procedures and processes; have a working knowledge of point of sales systems, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; must be able to participate in recruiting, retaining, supervising, motivating, training, and coaching food and beverage service employees; must have a working knowledge of beverage preparation and wine; must have a working knowledge of dining service styles including table setup; and must have good communication skills in order to interact with both staff and the membership.

 

The position answers directly to the Assistant Club Manager and Club General Manager. The position directs and supervises the Dining Room Staff and Lounge Staff. At times other staff members are subordinate to the Night Manager

 

Starting salary will be in accordance with industry standards and considering experience level. Benefits include club health care plan contribution, life insurance, club 401k retirement plan contribution, and daily meal.
